Lada NMassage and beauty studio in central Kyiv

My name is Lada Novikova. I trained as a physical rehabilitation specialist at the National University of Ukraine on Physical Education and Sport, and I give the massage sessions at the studio myself.

That training taught me to look at the body as a whole: how muscles, joints and breathing work together, where tension builds up and where it comes from. So I plan a session not around a name in the price list but around what you came in with. Fatigue after a week at the computer, heavy legs after a day in heels, a stiff back after training, or simply wanting an hour of not thinking about anything — these are different tasks, and for each one I choose the technique, the pressure and the length. I ask first, then I work.

A team of specialists works alongside me. At Lada N you can have hair removal with wax or sugar paste, permanent makeup for brows, lips and eyeliner, brow and lash shaping, tinting and lamination, and makeup or a hairstyle for an event. The studio is at 10 Mala Zhytomyrska St., a few minutes’ walk from Maidan Nezalezhnosti, open daily from 10:00 to 21:00.
